Apple iPad 2nd Generation 16gb

Apple 2nd generation can’t be updated . Apps are unable to install from the App Store. Testing out these Apple iPad 2nd generation I was able to sign into the App Store and download apps from my already downloaded app,which was done on another iPad ,youtube kids app works but not the YouTube app . . iPads are in great condition and 100 percent functional. Doesn’t come with a charger .
