Like New, used 20 minutes. My not so old Corsair keyboard had some keys that stopped working. I bought this new Corsair Strafe and the same keys were not working on it. Found out the problem was software I had installed to connect to a remote PC.

After fixing the software problem, both keyboards worked again. So this Strafe is back in the box like new, everything that came in the box is included.
